I’m Felix.
Since childhood I’ve been fascinated by the universe and the human condition, inspired by listening to my father speak about its mysteries.
After completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the National Art School in Sydney, Australia, and now studying Psychology at Sydney University, I sought to aid the suffering that had been present in my life for a long time. This led to practicing various forms of “inner work”, and eventually finding TWIM, which freed me from my depression within two weeks—never to return. I then formed a regular meditation practice, and after some training from Bhante Dhammagavesi as a meditation guide, I am now grateful to be sharing the gift of TWIM with others.
I like to bring simplicity to the learning process and encourage others who are first starting to understand the practice through gentleness and joy.
May your gentleness be cradled in the Dhamma.
