How to Reach the Location

Mallanampatti is approximately 25–30 km from Dindigul city and about 5–6 km from the town of Batlagundu.

1. By Flight

• Nearest Airport: Madurai International Airport (IXM) – approx. 75–80 km away.

• From Airport: You can hire a taxi directly from Madurai Airport to Mallanampatti (about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive). Alternatively, take an airport bus to the Madurai Periyar Bus Stand and then follow the bus directions below.

2. By Train

• Option A (Major Junction): Dindigul Junction (DG) – approx. 30 km away. Most major trains from Chennai, Bangalore, and Kerala stop here.

• Option B (Closest Station): Kodaikanal Road (KQN) – approx. 12 km away. While closer, only specific express and passenger trains stop here.

• From Station: From Dindigul Junction, you can take a bus towards Batlagundu/Theni and get down at the Mallanampatti junction. Taxis and autos are also readily available.

3. By Bus

• Main Hub: Dindigul Central Bus Stand.

• Route: Board any bus heading towards Batlagundu, Theni, or Periyakulam.

• Stop: Ask for the Mallanampatti stop. From the main road/junction, the Eco Garden is a short auto-ride or walk away.

• Direct Buses: There are frequent private and state (TNSTC) buses from Madurai, Dindigul, and Chennai to Batlagundu, which is the nearest major town.
